PRIVACY POLICY — JUSTDOT

Justdot ("the app", "we", "us") is a single-screen reflex game. We are committed to collecting as little data as possible. This policy explains what is stored, what third parties are involved, and the choices you have.

1. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE The app saves the following only on your device, using local storage:

• your best score and game statistics (games played, total hits, average);
• your settings (sound/vibration on or off);
• your chosen dot color.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT Justdot itself does not require an account and does not ask for, collect, or store any personal information such as your name, email address, or contacts.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The app uses one third-party SDK, which may collect data as described in its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob (advertising). Justdot shows banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as an advertising ID), coarse device and usage information, and similar data. On iOS, the app asks for your tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) before any tracking takes place; you may decline and continue to play. Where required, the app also presents a consent choice for users in the European Economic Area and the UK.

4. CHILDREN Justdot is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where a user is believed to be a child, only non-personalized ads should be requested.

6. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION Because game data stays on your device, its security is governed by your device. We do not retain copies on any server. Data handled by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
