ROARENA PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Roarena ("we", "our", "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using Roarena, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

MICROPHONE & AUDIO DATA — IMPORTANT

Roarena does NOT record audio. The microphone is used solely to measure the real-time intensity (decibels) of your voice on your device. Raw audio is never recorded, written to a file, uploaded to a server, or stored in any form. Only a derived numerical score is transmitted to our servers. The microphone is active only during an active cheer session; no background listening occurs.

1. DATA WE COLLECT

c) Game Data Synced to Our Servers

• Cheer scores and voice energy levels
• Country leaderboard ranking

d) Notification Data

• FCM push token (only if you grant notification permission)

2. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

• Raw audio or voice recordings
• GPS or network-based location data
• Contacts or address book
• Camera access or photos
• Email address or phone number
• Hidden or implicit device fingerprinting

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use collected data only for the following purposes:

• Operating the core app features (scoring, energy, leaderboard)
• Displaying your score and country on the global leaderboard
• Anti-cheat validation and rate limiting
• Sending notifications (only for users who grant permission)
• Serving in-app advertisements
• Detecting and preventing abuse
• Improving app performance and fixing bugs

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. ADVERTISING & APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY (ATT)

Roarena displays advertisements to support the free experience.

iOS: In compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, we will request your permission before accessing the IDFA for personalized ads. If you decline, contextual (non-personalized) ads are shown instead.

Android: Google Advertising ID (GAID) may be used for ad personalization. You can reset or opt out via device Settings → Google → Ads.

Ad partners may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing Google AdMob's privacy policy linked above.

6. LEADERBOARD & PUBLIC DATA

The global leaderboard displays country names, flags, and scores publicly. No personally identifiable information is shown on the public leaderboard.

7. NOTIFICATIONS

Push and local notifications are entirely optional (opt-in). No notification is sent without your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via device Settings or the in-app Settings screen.

8. DATA SECURITY

All data is transmitted using TLS 1.2+ encrypted connections. Data at rest is protected by Firebase and Upstash's AES-256 encryption.

9. DATA RETENTION

• Active accounts: retained while the account is open
• Deleted accounts: all data permanently removed within 30 days
• IP addresses: not retained beyond 7 days

10. ACCOUNT DELETION

You can delete your account directly within the app: Settings → Delete Account

All your personal data, game history, and scores are permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Roarena is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents may contact us at support@rorarenapp.com.

12. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR / CCPA / KVKK)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict data processing
• Data portability

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@roarena.com. We will respond within 30 days.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify users via an in-app notice or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

5. REKLAMLAR VE ATT

iOS cihazlarda kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için Apple ATT çerçevesi kapsamında izniniz istenir. Reddetmeniz halinde bağlamsal reklamlar gösterilir. Android'de GAID kullanılabilir; Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar üzerinden devre dışı bırakabilirsiniz.

6. BİLDİRİMLER

Bildirimler tamamen isteğe bağlıdır (opt-in). İzniniz olmadan bildirim gönderilmez. İzni cihaz ayarlarından veya uygulama içi Ayarlar ekranından istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz.

7. VERİ GÜVENLİĞİ

Tüm veriler TLS 1.2+ ile şifreli iletilir. Firebase ve Upstash AES-256 şifrelemesi ile korunur.

8. VERİ SAKLAMA SÜRESİ

• Aktif hesaplar: hesap açık olduğu sürece
• Silinen hesaplar: 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak kaldırılır
• IP adresleri: 7 günden uzun saklanmaz

9. HESAP SİLME

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil

Tüm kişisel verileriniz ve oyun geçmişiniz 30 gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

10. ÇOCUKLARIN GİZLİLİĞİ

Roarena 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplanmaz. Bildirim için: support@rorarenapp.com

11. KVKK KAPSAMINDA HAKLARINIZ

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında:

• Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
• İşlenen verilere erişim talep etme
• Yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
• Verilerin silinmesini talep etme
• İşlemeye itiraz etme
