PRIVACY POLICY - AI Tycoon Simulator

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Account Data

When you first launch AI Tycoon Simulator, we automatically create an anonymous account using Firebase Authentication. This generates a unique identifier (UID) that is not linked to your real identity. If you choose to link an email or Google account, we store that credential to enable cross-device progress recovery.

1.2 Game Data

We collect and store your in-game progress, including but not limited to: virtual currency balance, AI tool levels, upgrade states, shop purchases, marketplace listings, leaderboard scores, and gameplay statistics. This data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore and is associated with your anonymous UID.

1.3 Advertising Data

AI Tycoon Simulator uses Google AdMob to display rewarded and interstitial advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interaction data in accordance with Google's advertising policies. We use only test ad unit IDs during development.

1.4 Device Information

We may collect basic device information such as operating system version, device model, and app version for crash reporting and performance optimization purposes.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To save and restore your game progress across sessions.
• To enable multiplayer features such as the global marketplace and leaderboard.
• To display relevant advertisements and process ad-based rewards.
• To improve game balance, performance, and user experience.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent activity or abuse of game systems.

3. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which employ industry-standard encryption and security measures. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Access to your data is restricted to essential game operations only.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

AI Tycoon Simulator integrates the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication (anonymous and email/Google sign-in)
• Firebase Cloud Firestore (game data storage)
• Google AdMob (advertising)

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Your game data is retained as long as your account exists. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Profile screen's "Delete Account & All Data" option. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

AI Tycoon Simulator is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
