TERMS OF USE - AI Tycoon Simulator

By downloading, installing, or using AI Tycoon Simulator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. VIRTUAL CURRENCY & IN-GAME ITEMS

1.1 All virtual currency, AI tools, upgrades, skins, and other in-game items have NO real-world monetary value. They exist solely within the game environment and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money, goods, or services outside the App.

1.2 Virtual currency and items are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, modify, or remove virtual items at any time for game balance or operational reasons.

2. MARKETPLACE RULES

2.1 The in-game Marketplace allows peer-to-peer trading of AI tools using virtual currency only. All transactions are final once completed.

2.2 Users must not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the marketplace system. Any attempt to manipulate prices, duplicate items, or engage in fraudulent trading will result in account suspension or termination.

2.3 Listed AI tools are locked from training and modification until the listing is canceled or the AI is sold. This is by design to maintain marketplace integrity.

3. USER CONDUCT

3.1 You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with fair play and good sportsmanship.

3.2 You must not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or hacks to gain an unfair advantage.
• Manipulate your device clock to exploit time-based game mechanics.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse marketplace or leaderboard systems.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the game experience for other users.

4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you use anonymous authentication, linking an email or Google account is recommended to prevent data loss.

4.2 We are not responsible for lost progress due to unlinked anonymous accounts, device changes, or app uninstallation without proper account backup.

5. ADVERTISEMENTS

5.1 The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including rewarded videos and interstitial ads.

5.2 Watching rewarded ads is entirely voluntary and provides in-game bonuses. No purchase is required to enjoy the full game experience.

6. AVAILABILITY & MODIFICATIONS

6.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Game mechanics, economy balancing, item properties, and event systems may be adjusted at any time to maintain a fair and enjoyable experience.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency or game progress.

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the integrity of the game.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
